A half day culinary camp for 7-9 year olds with a focus on cooking sustainable foods that are good for the body and good for the planet. Besides cooking delicious meals using local, seasonal produce, we will also play games and activities to help the kids learn about important concepts like reducing your carbon "food-print", the differences between organic & conventional farming, and how food helps build community.
