Together, we can go
through your pantry discussing why certain refined flours/sugars/oils
need to be replaced with with unrefined, nutrient dense alternatives.
We will toss what you are comfortable parting ways with, or we can come
up with a more long-term plan for replacing food as you use it up so
you're not throwing food away. Together, we will create a shopping list
and we can purchase your food for you or you can accompany us on a supermarket walk-through where we will help you navigate through labels, brands, mysterious bulk food items, and more.
