Cooking Around The World
Students will learn about the cuisines of cultures around the world while also learning the importance of cooking with whole foods and seasonal ingredients.

Private Classes - Kids & Adults
If you can dream it, we can cook it! We can custom tailor a single class or a series of classes just for you and your friends or for your child and their friends. Perhaps you and four of your friends want to learn how to make gluten-free desserts on a Sunday afternoon, or perhaps your child and a couple of his/her friends want to take an after school class for 5 Tuesdays where they learn to cook food from cultures around the world. We also invite your daughter's Girl Scout Troop to earn their cooking badge with us!
Our private classes offer a warm and homey cooking experience in Chef Marirose's
state-of-the-art home kitchen. Chef Marirose's beautiful home is located
just blocks from the Claremont Hotel, in a lovely secluded setting, amidst oak trees and the occasional deer or wild turkey.

Summer Cooking Camps
Located in the home of Chef
Marirose, campers will enjoy a warm and homey cooking experience in a
state-of-the art kitchen. Chef Marirose's beautiful home is located
just blocks from the Claremont Hotel, in a lovely secluded setting.
Campers will eat their creations on the redwood deck nestled under a
canopy of oaks.
